Common topics

Account & sign-in

• Sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple (iOS).
• Reset or update your profile from Profile in the app.
• To delete your account, use Profile → Delete account or our account deletion form.

Match alerts & notifications

• Manage alerts in the app under Profile → Match alerts.
• Ensure notifications are enabled in your device system settings for XeeScore.

Scores, fixtures & data

• XeeScore shows live scores, fixtures, standings, lineups, and related statistics from third-party sports data providers.
• Data may occasionally be delayed or unavailable due to provider or connectivity issues.
• Team names, league names, logos, and related marks may belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and informational purposes only.

Third-party content notice

Sports information in XeeScore (including team names, competition names, logos, schedules, and statistics) is obtained from licensed data services such as API-Football (API-Sports). A data subscription provides access to statistics; it does not grant users or Zeetech Product rights to use third-party trademarks, logos, or event branding beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

If you believe content in the app infringes your intellectual property rights, email support@xeescore.app with details and we will review your request.
