XeeScore is an independent live football scores and statistics app. We provide fixtures, results, standings, lineups, and related match information in the mobile app. This website hosts our privacy policy and account-deletion form. The mobile app offers optional sign-in for features such as favorite teams and match alerts.

Independence notice: XeeScore is not affiliated with, sponsored by, licensed by, or endorsed by any sports league, federation, club, event organizer, or other third-party rights holder. All product branding is under the XeeScore name only.

2. Information we collect

2.1 When you use this website

• Form submissions — information you provide on our account deletion form (email, sign-in method, optional details).
• Technical data — basic device and browser information needed to operate and improve the site.
• Cookies — essential cookies or similar technologies required for site functionality. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.

This website does not require an account and we do not collect payment information on the website.

2.2 When you use the XeeScore mobile app

Information you provide

• Account credentials — email address and password when you register with email.
• Display name — optional name shown on your profile.
• Profile photo — optional image chosen from your device, stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated in a future update.
• Preferences — favorite teams, match notification settings, haptic feedback, and auto-refresh preferences.
• Support & deletion requests — information you submit by email or through our account deletion form.

Information from sign-in providers

If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive only the information that provider shares with us:

• Google Sign-In — email address, display name, and a unique profile identifier.
• Apple Sign-In — email address (or Apple's private relay email), name on first sign-in, and a unique profile identifier.

We do not receive or store your Google or Apple account passwords.

Information collected automatically in the app

• Device & app data — device type, operating system version, app version, language, and general usage information.
• Push notification token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to deliver match alerts you opt into.
• Analytics events — anonymized or pseudonymized usage events such as screens viewed, matches opened, and tabs selected. When signed in, your Firebase user ID may be associated with analytics to improve the app.
• Local storage — settings and on-device preferences stored using secure local storage on your device.

2.3 Information we do not collect

• We do not collect precise location data.
• We do not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone recordings, or camera footage.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for cross-app advertising or ad tracking.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

• Display live scores, fixtures, standings, and related sports content.
• Remember your preferences on the website and in the app.
• Create, authenticate, and manage mobile app accounts.
• Send push or browser notifications you opt into.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Services.
• Understand feature usage through analytics and fix bugs.
• Respond to support requests, privacy requests, and account deletion requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Trademarks, branding, and third-party intellectual property

This section explains how XeeScore handles sports content and third-party intellectual property. It is provided for transparency and does not grant any license to you to use third-party marks.

4.1 Our brand

XeeScore and related product branding used in our app, website, and communications are owned by or licensed to Zeetech Product. We do not present XeeScore as the product of any sports federation, league, club, or event organizer.

4.2 Sports data shown in the Services

Our Services may display factual sports information such as team names, player names, match results, schedules, standings, and statistics. Some images such as team or competition logos may appear for identification and descriptive purposes only.

This information is obtained from third-party sports data providers, including API-Football (API-Sports), through paid data services operated on our backend. A data subscription allows access to sports statistics; it does not grant XeeScore or its users any rights to use third-party trademarks, logos, event branding, or other protected intellectual property beyond what is permitted by applicable law and the rights holders' terms.

4.3 Third-party rights

• Team names, league names, logos, emblems, player names, and related marks may be trademarks or protected content of their respective owners.
• XeeScore does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, or branding displayed in the Services.
• Reference to a team, league, player, or competition is for identification and informational purposes only.
• Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as a partnership, sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, or agency relationship with any third-party rights holder.

4.4 User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any content accessed through XeeScore complies with applicable laws and the rights of third parties. If you believe content in our Services infringes your rights, contact support@xeescore.app with details and we will review your request.

• Google Firebase — Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics (mobile app).

7. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers listed above, under appropriate data-processing terms.
• When required by law, regulation, court order, or valid government request.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our Services, and the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required by law.

8. Data retention

• Website preferences — stored in your browser until you clear site data or local storage.
• Active app accounts — profile and preference data is kept while your account remains active.
• Deleted app accounts — after a confirmed deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
• Analytics — aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained longer for product analysis.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Authentication, and Firestore security rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

XeeScore is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact support@xeescore.app and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email support@xeescore.app. We will respond within 30 days, or within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11.1 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email support@xeescore.app with the subject "California Privacy Request".

12. Mobile app account deletion

App users can delete their account and associated personal data in two ways:

Option A — In the app (email/password accounts)

1. Open XeeScore and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

Option B — Web deletion request (all sign-in methods)

If you signed in with Google or Apple, or cannot access the app, submit a request on our Account Deletion page.

13. Notifications

Mobile app: manage alerts in Profile → Match alerts or in your device system settings.

14. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, including the United States. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
